Room Description & Charge

How to hire a room

Look at the room characteristics and charges below to decide which room suits your requirement.

Then go back to the main menu page and select the tab for the room you require to see the on-line calendar which shows the current booking status.

Finally click the “Make an Enquiry” option of the Room Hire tab  supplying the details requested and stating what room you would like, the purpose, the date and times.

 

Hire Charges

OLD and NEW HALLS (effective from 1st September 2023)

Regular users – £14.00 per hour

‘One off’ users – £16.00 per hour

Single Hire including parties – £60.00 per session

A session is 3.5 hours and includes use of the kitchen facilities if required.

Additional time by arrangement at £14.00 per hour or part thereof.

Inman Meeting Room (effective from 1st September 2023)

Cost per hour – £12.00

Use of photocopier 0.05 per copy
Furniture Charge to be determined by a F&P member
Flowers may be provided at discretion of PMC Charge to be determined by the Church’s flower provider – price based upon acquisition cost plus a display arrangement charge
Refreshments
Refreshments may be provided with staffing at the discretion of PMC.

Room hire will be charged in addition.

Rooms sizes and facilities

 

New Hall

 

Dimensions: 12.75  x 8.4 metres (41 ft 9 inches x 25 ft 6 inches).

Can be used as an empty space or with chairs and tables to suit.

There is an electronic piano/organ, a sound system, a drop down screen and connections

for a laptop projection and access to the internet through wi-fi.

The hall has bifold doors at the rear which open onto the lawned garden with flagged patio.

There are adjacent toilets and a mini kitchen area

There is direct access to the hall via a passage down the right-hand side from the Green.

 

 

 

 

Inman Meeting Room

Dimensions: 5.1 x 3.45 meters (16 ft 8 inches x 11 ft 3 inches).

Can be used as an empty space or with chairs and tables to suit.

Access to the internet through wi-fi.

There are adjacent toilets and a mini kitchen area.

There is direct access to the meeting room via a passage down the right hand side from the Green.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Old Hall

Dimensions: 11.65 x 6 metres (38 ft 2 inches x 19 ft 8 inches) with

an extension with folding partition doors 4 x 2.80 metres (13ft x 9 ft).

Can be used as an empty space or with chairs and tables to suit.

There is a piano, a drop down screen and connections for a

laptop projection and access to the internet through wi-fi.

There are adjacent toilets and a kitchen.

There is direct access to the hall from the Green.
