How to Enter your exhibits
- Fill in the entry form. There are no entry fees or cash prizes this year.
- Submit the entry form by email, post or deliver to Anne Penrice by 12 noon Thursday 19 August.
- Bring your exhibits to the halls on Friday 7.00pm. – 8.00pm or Saturday morning 9.00am -10.30am.
Vegetables to the Methodist Hall.
Flowers & Handicraft exhibits to the All Saints Hall.
- At the hall there will be a ticket for each entry which must be placed next to entry on the table face down so your name isn’t visible.
- No entry tickets to be altered after 7.00pm on Friday 20th. No entries accepted after noon on Thursday 19th.
- No one except the judges and show committee allowed in the halls during judging.
- Judges decision is final.
- By entering all competitors accept these rules.
- Please ask a committee member who will be glad to help with your queries. Without your entries there is no show, so don’t be shy, we are here to help.
- First Timer entries are only for those who have NEVER exhibited in a show before.
- The show is only open to amateurs.
